Ghana Local Rice Stock In Abundance

The President of the Ghana Rice Inter-Professional Body, John Kennedy Amoro says there is enough quality local rice stock on the market which will last for the next two years.

Mr. Amoro said God has been good to the nation by blessing the farmers with good rains.

Speaking to Radio Ghana on the food stock levels, Mr. Amoro said Ghanaians also need to develop the taste for the local rice which is fresh, pesticide free and has a nice fragrance.
