Court case should rather promote Ghana Football - Foussena Djagba The continues delay in the start of the Ghana premier league poses some financial difficulties for the sixteen clubs in the pre-season preparation as some are struggling to meet the demands of their players in camp. The league has been put on hold due to a legal battle between King Faisal and the Ghana Football Association King Faisal obtained an injunction on the FA's congress, thereby preventing it from announcing the demotion and promotion of the clubs and paving the way for the start of the league. However, an African sports consultant Foussena Djagba thinks the court case must not be allowed to kill the game in Ghana but rather help in promoting it. The Ghana based Togolese consultant says it is not a bad idea that the court is involved in football cases but this should help in shaping the sport for the benefit of Ghana and Africa. Source: GBC
