Court to rule on government and Labour impasse

The High Court in Accra will on the 16th of next month, deliver a ruling over the impasse between government and labour on the strike it embarked on last month.

This follows the suit by government against twelve labour unions over the second tier pension funds which resulted in the strike by the unions.

Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dominic Ayineh, on Monday moved an application for injunction, restraining the labour unions from resuming the strike.
