GACC launches PPI Report

The Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition has launched the Patients Perception Index, (PPI Report).

The report aims to provide feedback to health service providers about patients’ assessment with the view to improve upon their performance.

Launching the report in Accra, the consultant on the PPI project, Roger Atinga, said a survey conducted at some hospital in 40 districts across the country indicates that most health care professionals, especially nurses take patients for granted.
