Public asked to patronize poppies as Ghana joins the rest of the World to mark centenary of Veterans Day

As the world observes the centenary of the Veterans Day today, the Minister of Defence, Dr Benjamin Kumbour says the day teaches a long history that war does not solve conflicts but rather dialogue.

Speaking on our Current Affairs Program Behind the News, he said the remembrance day should not only be observed with sympathy but with pride and this should reflect in the purchasing of puppies to support families of the fallen heroes.
