Lawyers cautioned to refrain from commenting on cases in media

A retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Samuel Brobbey, has cautioned lawyers to refrain from commenting on cases in the media regardless of whether their clients won the case or not.

This, he said, is against the ethics of the profession. Justice Brobbey was speaking at the first orientation for lawyers who will be called to the Bar on Friday.

He reminded the lawyers to be the voice of the voiceless
