Winneba: Power restored after GRIDCO substation fire

Power has been restored to Winneba and its environs following a fire at GRIDCO's substation on Saturday. 

A resident, Rosemond Mends confirmed to Radio Ghana that power was restored on Sunday and business activities have bounced back.
