The Today Newspaper wonders why the AMA Chief Executive and the CHRAJ Boss and other State officials are still at post after failing the State terribly. It says it is about time leaders who fail in their duties resign honourably. The paper says there are several people in leadership positions who should have resigned by now but are still at post. The paper urges the President to dismiss these incompetent persons who have refused to resign. 

The Ghanaian Times comments on Ghana's decision to use the option of arbitration to settle its maritime boundary dispute with Cote d'Ivoire. The paper thinks it is a step in the right direction as it will ensure that Ghana protects its territory and interest. The Times is confident that Ghana would marshal all its resources to pursue the case to its logical conclusion. It commends the Attorney General for her confidence that Ghana will win the case. The paper however urges the two countries to think about the repercussions of the protracted litigation on their economies and peoples and settle the dispute amicably. 

The Daily Graphic lauds the foresight of the acting director general of the Ghana Education Service, Charles Aheto-Tsegah, in giving candidates eligible for placement but did not secure placement after the Computerised School Selection Placement System exercise the opportunity of selecting a school of their choice from among a list of schools for placement. The Paper says this is good news for parents who have no hope of their children securing a school after the Computerised School Selection Placement System. The Graphic urges all parents to give the CSSPS the peace of mind to carry out their duties to enhance the educational system of the country.
