Ghana still faces malnutrition problems The Ministry of Food and Agriculture says Ghana still faces malnutrition problems despite some successes chalked up in the sector. Malnutrition is said to be on the increase in the three regions of the north. The Minister of Food and Agriculture in a speech read on his behalf said food security is important to stem the problem.
