UN nuclear watchdog agency holds its biggest annual event


Member States of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) meet for their annual general conference in Vienna, Austria, on Monday to review the work of the past year and set the agenda for the year ahead.

The Agency's work in the fields of agriculture, food security and water resources management will be featured in the discussions.

There will also be a special focus on cancer in the developing world during this year's session.

Steve Thachet spoke with IAEA's Deputy Director General of Management, Janice Dunn Lee about the conference.
