Expert describes vote against independence as victory for Scotland

A Political Science Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Legon, Dr. Alidu Seidu has described the vote against independence as a victory for Scotland.

He said although they did not get independence, they will be given much power in the affairs of the UK as promised them earlier.

Dr Seidu commended the YES campaigners saying they might have lost a vote for independence but they have fought a good fight as they have created an avenue for change.
