Ghana;Two Ambassadors receive letters of credence Two new Ambassadors from Ghana have received their letters of credence to begin duty tours in the United States of America and the Republic of Angola. They are former Minister of Defense, Lt. Gen. Joseph Smith and former Northern Regional Minister, Moses Bukari Mabengba.
