President Francois Hollande Arrives In Baghdad

French President Francois Hollande has arrived in Baghdad, the first visit to Iraq by a foreign head of state since a new government was named on Monday. 

He has offered support in the fight against the Islamic State,  which has seized territories in Iraq and Syria.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State, John Kerry, is heading to Turkey to seek support for more action against the Islamic State militants. 

US President Barack Obama unveiled plans this week to expand the campaign against Islamic militants in the region.
