NHIA Condemns Assault On Journalists As Police Commences Investigation Into Case The National Health Insurance Authority, NHIA, has condemned the assault on some journalists by its officials at Ablekuma District in Accra. Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Public Affairs Manager of the NHIA, Selorm Adornu, said the Authority does not condone violence, rather it cherishes cordial relationship with the media. He said two officials allegedly involved in the incident have been interdicted to make way for smooth investigations. Meanwhile, the Greater Accra Regional Police Command has commenced investigations into the alleged physical confrontation between officials of the NHIA and an Accra based FM station, Adom Fm's Editor, Afia Pokua. The PRO of the Regional Command, ASP Afia Tenge, stated this in an interview with Radio Ghana. GBC
