This isn\'t what you think it is
This study doesn\'t tell us anything about life after death.

First, what they are inducing is a chemical approximation of death. It would be unethical to actually kill subjects for experimental purposes, and so they don\'t.

Secondly, what this does seem to confirm is that there is no life after death. What people claim to be life after death is really the chemical process of the brain shutting down. There is nothing mystical about the process. This is why religious background doesn\'t change the actual experience, only the interpretation of it.
