Power outage compels World Cup Commission to adjourn proceedings

Power outage on Tuesday compelled the Commission of Inquiry Looking into Ghana's participation in the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup to adjourn proceedings. 

The Public Relations Officer of the Commission, Thomas Boakye Agyemang, told Radio Ghana that power could not be restored because the stand-by generator had developed a fault and that led to the adjournment. 

Mr Agyemang said adequate measures are being put in place to prevent such an occurrence.
