Dapaah should talk with a bit of responsiblity, public sector or private sectors should all be responsible. There is no difference between private and govt workers when it comes to responsiblities. Officers like Kan should think carefully before talking as people listen and hear whatever he says. Private people will think it only public sector should be responsible. Ever ghanaian should be responsible and pay taxes like public sector.
