Fred Awaah Challenged African Leaders to Consider the Youth in Development Agenda

The President of All African Students Union, Fred Awaah, has challenged African leaders to consider the youth in the mainstream of their development agenda.  

He said the youth form the bulk of the population on the continent hence the need to develop their potential. 

In line with this, the Executive Director of Basic - Needs Ghana, Peter Badimak Yaro believes the theme chosen for the occasion it’s appropriate given the challenges facing the youth in terms of unemployment and parental neglect among others.
