GMA Calls On Government To Step Up Preparations Against Ebola. The Ghana Medical Association has renewed its calls on government to step up its level of preparedness against the Ebola virus. The Deputy General Secretary, Dr. Justice Yankson, asked the media to be circumspect in their reportage, so as not to cause unnecessary fear and panic. Under the Chairmanship of the Minister of Health, the inter-ministerial team will be responsible for the intensification of the fight against the deadly disease.
