President Mahama announces $ 750m road improvement project across country

A $ 750 million road improvement project is to be launched. 

Under the five year project, new roads will be constructed and others rehabilitated across the country. 

President Mahama announced this when chiefs from the Western Region called on him at Flagstaff House in Accra. 

The leader of the Delegation, Chief of Dixcove Nana Akwasi Agyemang expressed gratitude to government for constructing a number of roads in the region. 

He particularly appealed that cocoa feeder roads be given more attention in the region.
