Chieftaincy Ministry makes progress in improving performance of staff

The Minister of Chieftaincy and Traditional Affairs, Dr Seidu Danaa, says his ministry has made significant progress in the area of staff training, capacity building and development. 

He said these training programmes have helped improve the performance of staff. 

Dr Danaa however cited inadequate budgetary allocation and delays in the release of funds as some of the challenges confronting the ministry. 

Speaking at the Meet-The-Press-Series in Accra, Dr Danaa said the ministry is poised to ensure that the chieftaincy institution performs excellently.
