Quality education linked to provision of basic infrastructure A Former National Security Adviser, Brigadier General Joseph Nunoo Mensah, says quality education cannot be possible anywhere in the world without the provision of basic infrastructure to meet the challenge. He said though government and stakeholders are working hard to meet MDG II which is attaining universal basic education, work done will be zero if infrastructure is not prioritised. Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah challenged parents, the PTA and individuals to meet government half way by financially supporting Ghana's educational drive. He was speaking at the handing over of a 160 capacity boy’s dormitory at the cost of $ 250,000 which he sought Japanese government's assistance to construct for the Winneba Senior High School. GBC
