Chief State Attorney appears before Judgement Debt Commission

A Chief State Attorney at the Attorney General's Department, Mrs Helen Akpene Awo Ziwu appeared before the Judgement Debt Commission in respect of two cases.  

They are Nana Duku Woode against AG and African Automobile Limited, AAL against AG.  

However, she was unable to furnish the commission with the file of Nana Duku Woode against the AG and pleaded for more time to search for it.  

In the case of AAL against the Attorney General, Mrs Ziwu told the Commission that the Department does not have the complement of the docket and are still searching for it. 

The Commission therefore adjourned the case to the fourth of next month.
