Threat To World Peace

An International Relations Expert, Irbad Ibrahim has described the Ukraine - Russia situation as a threat to World Peace.  

In an interview with Radio Ghana, Mr. Ibrahim said a disgruntled Russia would have far reaching security implication for the International community. 

When asked if events as they unfold signifies a return to the cold war era, he said there is no doubt that it is a war between the East and the West in which Russia is not prepared to back down.
