The Ghana Police Church Launch Orphan Care Ministry The Ghana Police Church has launched an Orphan Care Ministry to cater for inmates of the Country-Side Children's Welfare Home and the Methodist Rafiki Village both in the Central Region. Speaking at the launch, the Chaplain of the Ghana Police Church, Very Rev. Chief Superintendent Frank Twum-Baah said every christian should see it as a responsibility to help the poor in Society.
