Management of KMA deny Allegation Against Metropolitan Chief Executive Management of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has described as false and a calculated attempt to tarnish the image of the Metropolitan Chief Executive, some allegations that have been raised by seven members of the Assembly. Some of the allegations raised in a petition include: re-zoning of parcels of land in the metropolis, breach of the Procurement Act, and takeover of the Kejetia Lorry Terminal. A statement signed on behalf of the Metropolitan Chief Executive by the Public Relations Officer of the Assembly, Godwin Okumah Nyame, said allegations that the KMA Boss is arbitrarily and indiscriminately re-zoning land is misplaced.
