"The Statistical Development Project" Launched

As part of efforts to rebuild the statistical system in the country, the Ghana Statistical Service, GSS has launched a project dubbed "the Statistical Development Project". 

This will enable the service to provide timely, accurate and accessible statistical information for national development. 

The Board Chairman of the GSS, Dr. Osei Boeh-Ocansey addressing stakeholders at the launch, noted that the project comes on the back of the growing demand for a wider range of quality statistics needed for evaluating Ghana's national development plans and results.
