Commercial Drivers to provide seatbelts for passengers by September this year All commercial Drivers in Ghana are to use seat belts for their passengers by September this year to help save more people from being maimed through road carnage. Drivers who fail to abide by that regulation will face the full rigour of the law to serve as a deterrent to others.
