Roads Closed To Create Smooth Movements For The Heads Of States. In relation to the ECOWAS Summit, some roads have been closed to create smooth movement of traffic for the Heads of States attending the ECOWAS summit. At the Ako Adjei interchange, there was huge traffic as the two-lane road had been turned into a one lane-road. Despite this, there was free movement of vehicles on other roads in the capital. When contacted, the Chief Superintendent of Police in charge of Cantonment District, Iddi Seidu said the traffic situation has been smooth so far. He urged the general public to go about their normal duties as everything is under control. Source: GBC
