ECOWAS Heads of State Urged To Consider Issues of Movement Across Borders.
 
The President of Youth Africa, an NGO, Emmanuel Ashigbey, has appealed to the ECOWAS Heads of State to take concrete decision on the movement of persons and goods in the sub-region. 

He said the harassment at the borders is a difficult problem which cannot auger well for integration. 

According to him, if this is done the sub-region would see the development it desires.
