Nigerian President Expresses His Optimism About the Outcome of the ECOWAS Summit

President Goodluck Jonathan has expressed optimism about the outcome of the two-day ECOWAS summit which officially opens yesterday.

He told Radio Ghana that the leaders will take far- reaching decisions for the benefit of the sub-region.

Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan and President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo is expected to join their colleagues this morning.
