Syrian Opposition Coalition Elects New President

Syria's Western-backed opposition National Coalition has elected the chief negotiator at the Geneva peace talks, Hadi al-Bahra, as its new President following a three-day meeting in Istanbul.   
	
AL-Bahra, a US-trained industrial engineer, replaces Ahmad Jarba, who has served the maximum two six-month terms.
