Dan Abodakpi Declares Intention To Contest NDC Chairmanship Position 


A stalwart of the NDC, Dan Abodakpi has officially announced his intention to contest for the chairmanship of the party. He said his decision to contest for the position is not due to personal interest.

Addressing a news conference in Accra, Mr Abodakpi said his intention is to bring democratic renewal to the party.
 
The former Ambassador to Malaysia and also a founding member of the NDC said, he aims at reconnecting the party to its original core values and to the mass base.
 
Mr Abodakpi indicated that he will work selflessly to walk the party back into the hands of the grass root supporters, adding that fallen foot soldiers of the party will not forgive the party if their efforts are not appreciated.
