Minister inspects ongoing work on broken turbines at T1 plants of VRA

The Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, has challenged staff and management of the Takoradi International Company, TICO and its stakeholders to ensure that ongoing work on a broken down turbine buckets at the T1 plants of the Volta River Authority is completed on schedule. 

He noted that the breakdown of the bucket which produces 110 megawatts of power is having a toll on Ghanaians. 

The minister said this when he visited the plant to inspect ongoing works.
