Government Ratifies International Labor Organization Convention on Violence Against Employers The Industrial Relations and Social Protection Officer of the TUC, Seth Abloso, says unless government ratifies the International Labor Organization (ILO) convention on Violence against, majority who are suffering in the hands of their employers will continue to do so. Speaking to Radio Ghana on efforts being made by stakeholders, ministries and organizations to ameliorate the abuse of domestic workers, Mr. Abloso said education and sensitization programs have been rolled out to create the platform and awareness for domestic workers to know where to channel their grievances for redress.
