Reacting to the complain, the Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Highways Authority, Norbert Kwamor, said this is the first time they have heard such a report. 

He told Radio Ghana that such shake ups and wind shreks were factored into the structural design and construction saying it is not a defect.
