NDC’S Decision At Nec Meeting

The ruling NDC has fixed five thousand Ghana Cedis as filing fee for its national Chairmanship aspirants, whiles those hoping to contest for the General Secretary slot are to pay four thousand Ghana cedis. 

All other national executive positions go for three thousand Ghana cedis.

These are some of the decisions arrived at, at yesterday's NEC meeting of the party  General Secretary of the party, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah says, as a social democratic party, they do not want to offer positions to the highest bidder.

Mr. Asiedu Nketiah also touched on other issues that came up at the NEC meeting.  He spoke to Bubu Klinogo.

 The NDC General Secretary also talked about efforts to scrap the electoral college system which will enable every card bearing member to vote in party primaries.
