Ghana’s Milo Under Threat Perhaps if Ghanaians are to cast their votes to select their most favourite product made from their number one cash crop cocoa, Milo will most likely beat all it competitors. This might explain the high demand for this product among Ghanaians in the UK and Belgium. However, Milo made in Ghana is not allowed to be imported into Belgium and the UK markets because it is alleged to contain certain types of milk which do not meet acceptable standards there. On the other hand, Milo made in Kenya is given the green light to enter into these markets.
