Sports Ministry’s budget approved 

The legislature on Tuesday went into a heated debate when the Minster for Youth and Sports, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, called on members to approve budget allocation for the Ministry. 

Mr Minister moved the motion for the House to approve the budget of about GH¢ 54m for the services of the Ministry for the 2013 fiscal year. 

Though the budget was approved, the Minority was dissatisfied about the over expenditure at the Ministry and of course called on the House to halt the approval.
