Lessons Learnt From Floods 

The Ghana Meteorological Agency says this year will experience heavy rains. This ordinarily should be good news to a country like Ghana that experiences water shortages. However, this cannot be good news to most parts of the country where flooding has always been accompanied by disasters some of which are avoidable. GTV has been finding out the level of preparedness of the relevant institutions.
