Court directs state to pay former AG's pension An Accra Fast Track High Court has ordered the State to pay entitlements due former Auditor-General, Edward Dua-Agyeman. The Presiding Judge, Utter Peter Dery, granted all claims requested by the former Auditor-General in his suit against the State, except an order for the provision of free medical and dental facilities for himself and his spouse. Following his retirement from the Audit Service on May 19, 2010, Mr. Dua-Agyeman, says, he has been making efforts to claim his gratuity and pension due him, but has been persistently denied. Subsequently he sued the State at the High Court last year over non-payment of his gratuity and pension. GBC
