Heavy Rains This Year - Metro

Principal Meteorologist Amos Narh has cautioned residents of Accra and its suburbs to desilt gutters and keep surroundings clean in readiness for heavy rains this major rainy season which starts next month.  

Mr. Narh  told Radio Ghana that there could also be rain-storms as being experienced in the Northern part of the country.  

He asked Metopolitan Assembles to ensure that desilting is carried out  to prevent severe flooding.
