reasons why service personnels are not able to create thier own jobs
i think if  government of Ghana says he appreciates self employment as he acknowledged in his manifesto,then salaries of service personnel in other to be able to start small scale businesses should be increased from GH¢243.48 to 400 Ghana cedis.
