First Lady of Lebanon contributes to Osu Children's home The First Lady of Lebanon,Wafaa Sleiman visited and donated items such as baby food and beverages to the Osu Children's home. Wafaa Sleiman is in the country with her husband on a two-day visit. She was accompanied by the First lady, Lordina Mahama, the Minister of Health, Sherry Ayittey and a former Tourism Minister, Juliana Azumah Mensah. Mrs Sleiman said the donation is a token from the people of Lebanon and congratulated the workers of the Osu Children's Home on their contribution to humanity. The head of the Home, Sharon Abbey who received the items, expressed gratitude to the Lebanese government for their gesture. She said the items will go a long way in giving care to the children and called on others to emulate. President Sleiman and his delegation will fly back at exactly 1400 hours on Sunday. GBC
