Ghanaians Asked To Be Vigilant When Purchasing Drugs To Avoid Fake Ones The Chief Pharmacist at the Cocoa Clinic, Edward Amporful has asked the public to be very vigilant and look out for expiring dates on drugs when purchasing them. He said this following the Food and Drugs Authority seizure of large quantities of unregistered, fake and substandard drugs supplied to hospitals and Pharmacies in the country. In an interview with Radio Ghana, Mr. Amporful said these fake drugs are harmful and can damage the human nervous system without medical attention. GBC
