VVU Vice Chancellor calls for transformational education 

The Vice Chancellor of the Valley View University, Prof. Daniel Buor, has called for a kind of educational system that will position students to effect positive transformation of society. 

That system, he said must go with academic aspiration as well as moral and spiritual development. 

Prof. Buor was speaking at the 18th Matriculation ceremony of the University at Oyibi near Dodowa in the Dangme West District.
