CID detectives undergo cyber crime investigation and digital forensic training 

The maiden training under the e-Crime Project for 43 detectives across the country has taken off in Accra. 

The Criminal and Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service and the e-Crime Bureau are collaborating to equip police detectives with modern skills and the requisite knowledge to combat cyber and other electronic crimes. 

Speaking at the opening, the Acting Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Alhassan, called for a private - public partnership in curbing the current threat of sophisticated crimes.
