President Akufo-Addo pledges to protect public purse

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has vowed to protect the public purse by insisting on value for money in all transactions.
He said State coffers are not the spoils for victorious political parties and promised to put in place measures to protect the public purse.
He was speaking at his investiture at the Black Star Square.
President Akufo-Addo said Ghana has no excuse to be poor after 60 years of existence.
He urged Ghanaians to allow the change they voted for to start with each individual.
